First, mark out where you want your brackets to go, around 6 to 12 inches past the window frame. Then, drill some pilot holes and attach the brackets. Slide the rod through the curtains and into place.
You can use tension rods that stretch between walls, command hooks, or magnetic rods if you have metal frames.
Just twist the rod so it fits your window. After it fits, secure those brackets and tighten them up so it stays put.
